In 2018 we launched our first holiday property off the Estate - a beautiful one bedroom flat in the nearby coastal town of Lossiemouth. Fisherman's Rest is a lovely first floor apartment dating from 1867 accessed via a traditional stone staircase from the old drying green at the back of the property. It is beautifully furnished in coastal style. This is the ideal property for a couple looking for a relaxing escape. Centrally located in Lossiemouth it is just a few minutes walk from the harbour, marina, 2 gorgeous sandy beaches and a host of local resturants, cafes, shops and pubs. The famous Moray Golf Club with its 2 x 18 hole courses is just a 2 minute drive from the apartment. There are plenty of other courses locally to keep the keen golfer happy.
Otherwise known as the ‘Jewel of the North’, Lossiemouth is ideally positioned to allow exploration of the beautiful Moray Firth coastline. There are countless stunning beaches close by with Hopeman, Covesea and Burghead to name a few. The coast offers a whole host of activities from sailing and fishing trips to dolphin watching and paddle boarding. There are also plenty of local woods to explore such as Culben and Roseisle.

Unfortunately we do not accept dogs at Fisherman's Rest. We do however, happily accept dogs in our other 3 holiday cottages situated on Duffus Estate itself.

Fisherman's Rest is available for a minimum of 2 night lets throughout the year.
Advance payment of 30% is required for all bookings with the remainder payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. If bookings are made within 8 weeks of arrival payment in full is required.
