Fisherman’s Rest is a beautiful one bedroom apartment in the nearby coastal town of Lossiemouth, the only holiday property not located on the Estate. Dating from 1867, it is lovingly furnished in coastal style with a spacious double bedroom and a bright, open plan living/dining/kitchen area.

It is an ideal hide-away for singles or couples looking for a relaxing escape. Centrally located, the apartment is just a few minutes from the harbour, marina, two gorgeous sandy beaches as well as many restaurants, cafes, shops and pubs. The famous Moray Golf Club, with its two 18 hole courses is just two minutes drive away.

Otherwise known as the ‘Jewel of the North’, Lossiemouth is ideally positioned to allow exploration of the stunning Moray Firth coastline. The Moray Coastal Trail can be accessed from the town.

This takes you along quiet sandy beaches, towering cliff tops with their caves and sea stacks just waiting to be explored as well as miles of coastal forests such as Roseisle and Culben. There are beautiful beaches to be discovered such as Hopeman with its colourful beach huts to Covesea with it’s amazing lighthouse.

You might be lucky enough to spot some dolphins whilst exploring or you can easily book a local boat tour to try and see them.

Last minute booking for a much needed mini break. Could not have picked a better choice. Comfortable, spotlessly clean and well appointed. Two minute walk from the harbour and very quiet location.

Will certainly consider this little flat again next time we head for the Moray coast.

The accommodations were perfect for us. The flat is very clean and nicely organized. The linens and bedding were super comfortable and clean.

Beautiful little cottage. Comfortable bed. Loved the welcome basket. Very clean. Caroline was very accommodating. Instructions for arrival and departure were detailed and clear. Communication was great. Two of the best meals we had were in Lossiemouth…the Salt Cellar for dinner and the Harbour Lights for brunch. Both walking distance from the cottage. Parking was easy … right in front of the cottage on the street.
